5 Questions to Ask When Interviewing a Southwest Florida Realtor®

For example, if a team has been in business for ten years but only sold ten homes, they only have experience selling ten homes. On the other hand, if a team has been in business for five years but sold 30 homes each year, that is 150 homes they have experienced selling. 

What Complimentary Services Do You Provide? 

In this market, it is more important than ever that your home is marketed in the best way possible, so it stands out from the competition, reaches as many serious buyers as possible and showcases your home’s best features. 

When interviewing a Realtor®, look for a team with a portfolio demonstrating their services. Ask if they offer invaluable services like professional home staging, photography, and videography. What Is Your Marketing Plan?

Consider the presence they have, from signage to their digital presence. Do they market on social media? Is their website professional? Does their marketing team invest in innovation? All of this will help you gather a bigger picture of what the process will look like once your home hits the market. The way that buyers search for homes is constantly changing, so you will want to work with a team that goes above and beyond when it comes to marketing your home. 

Are You Advertising Locally and Internationally?

Exposure is invaluable. It is crucial for marketing a home effectively.
