What's life at Faris Team like? 

My time with Faris Team has been very rewarding and fulfilling. From a financial standpoint of course but more importantly, the feeling of accomplishment is nonstop and I strongly believe it’s fueled by knowing you did the right thing for your clients. It’s always a Full Out^® experience at Faris Team whether you’re a client, sales agent, team member or part of the leadership team.  

What gets you excited about Faris Team? 

One word: Culture. Any team members we bring on align with our Core Values, resulting in great communication and efficiency throughout the team.  

What is the best part about your workday? 

The best part about the work day is you’ll never know how it will go and it keeps things interesting! You’re waking up doing something different every day and it’s motivating. Something to look forward to, always being curious.  

What advice do you have for someone interested in working in Real Estate?  

Definitely being patient and stay focused on the amount of sales per year as the goal instead of the income. Real Estate is a high performing position and the benefits often come with patience.   

What helps you stay motivated? 

My family and health and the vision of creating a solid foundation for generations to come.   

What is the biggest life lesson you’ve learned from one (or all) of your clients?  

To not stress the small stuff and always look at the bigger picture. Stay true to your values and you’ll always end up in the right place.  

What is your biggest goal for the year ahead?  

My biggest goal is to get married and start a family. The second goal will be to grow the Florida location to 10 deals per month with our partners.  

What does “Home” mean for you?  

Home isn’t a place it’s more so a peace of mind for me and that comes with managing expectations and understanding it’s ok to take time to recharge.

What is one piece of advice you would offer your younger self?  

To take the risks and understand that if it doesn’t work out it was a learning experience on what to do next time.  

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

Avocado Toast with a protein shake and a liter of water.  

Which room do you spend the most time in at home?  

The office - where dreams turn into reality! 

What was one of the most unique features in one of the homes you sold or viewed?  

They had a 4-car garage but it was only two cars wide with hoists that went into the ground instead of lift up higher. Batman vibes for sure!
